Director of Marketing & Strategy
Brad comes to Top Talent with a very diverse background. In his most recent position, he was Executive Vice President of a large construction company, where he oversaw 4 divisions. Prior to that, Brad was successful in various fields holding the titles of President of Operations in the automotive industry, President & CEO in the Entertainment industry, and Director of Marketing in the insurance industry.
Brad got his start in marketing early out of high school, getting his feet wet in entertainment and marketing artists. He noticed a huge platform, Myspace.com, that wasn’t being used, so he was instrumental in on-boarding the first social media influencers to exist. From there, Brad grew through the ranks of various organizations, while maintaining a strong marketing and branding presence in each role.
Brad has always had a servants heart, with a strong desire to help those in need. This was rooted early in his childhood, when his family picked up and moved to West Africa for a year so his dad could build a hospital there. This left a lasting impact, and has driven Brad to donate time and resources to causes across the globe, including the Everyone Drinks Project, a non-profit Brad and his brother founded to bring fresh water to the villages of West Africa. Brad also volunteers as a police officer in the intelligence unit of a local police department.
When not at work, Brad enjoys spending time with his Wife and Son, traveling, attending his sons cross country meets, his theatrical performances, and various other activities. Brad says he doesn’t have “a typical hobby”, but enjoys learning new things. Brad said, “Your mind is a sponge, so I try to soak up as much information as I can”, which recently lead to him deciding to learn Russian.
