Founding Top Talent was one of the best decisions of my life. Since 2009, our placed candidates have resulted in $3 Billion in value added to our clients. I’ve seen lives radically changed by the placements we’ve made that exploded the growth of freight brokerages and financially transformed the lives of hard-working professionals because of my staff’s efforts. Our continued growth and success as an organization stems from our staff’s previous experience in Logistics and Supply Chain. My team has been in the shoes of a Sales Executive, a Driver Recruiter, a VP, and even a C-level role at a multi-million dollar freight brokerage. This allows Top Talent to offer unmatched expertise to both Hiring Managers and Executives looking to improve their professional situation.
