Before Top Talent

Brent Burleson spent 20 years developing a proven track record of success in sales and sales leadership within Finance, prior to joining Top Talent. Most recently, Brent served as a Senior Client Partner for Fiserv. There he led a sales team responsible for cultivating relationships with some of the largest banks, lenders, and financial service companies in the country.

Why Brent Burleson Joined Top Talent

In 2023, Brent was looking for another challenge outside of Finance. Simultaneously, Top Talent was in the process of hiring their next “COO.” While CEO Michael Monson was interviewing executives for this important role, he received a referral from one of his most trusted candidates that his team had placed. This candidate said, “You HAVE to talk to this guy (Brent)” and Mike did! A few conversations later, it was clear that Brent Burleson‘s ability to lead a team to success was exactly what Top Talent needed in their next Senior Vice President. In 2024, Brent was promoted to President and now oversees all day-to-day operations and team members within Top Talent. 

Brent Burleon’s Personal Life

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brent leads an active and fulfilling personal life. He maintains a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise and a love for the outdoors. An avid sports enthusiast, Brent enjoys watching games with his wife, son, and daughter. He draws inspiration from the words of the legendary John Wooden: “Success is peace of mind, which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to become the best of which you are capable.”
