Dounya Muslet Before Top Talent

After graduating from Ball State with a degree in education, Dounya Muslet taught Special and Elementary Education for six years. Since a young age, Dounya has always loved being an advocate for others and walking alongside others as they grow and make major decisions in life. As she progressed through her career, her vision as to what that looked like professionally was shifting. In the time leading up to Dounya joining Top Talent, she was further sharpening her people skills in Hospitality. While in Hospitality, she perfected her customer service skills in a business setting, as evidenced by the raving reviews left by her clients and customers coming back for repeat business.

Dounya’s vision of helping people continued to shift even further and she realized that Hospitality wasn’t quite the right fit either. When she heard about Top Talent and their proven record of helping people get their next career job in Logistics, she was hooked! She had to learn more.

Dounya’s Personal Life

Originally from Fairfax, Virginia, Dounya Muslet has made the greater Indianapolis area her home for over half her life. During her free time, she loves to socialize with friends, indulge in competitive activities, explore new, hidden-gem restaurants, and, most importantly, spend cherished moments with her family and loved ones.
