Gracie graduated from Butler University with a Marketing degree in 2022. After graduation, she was accepted into the Management Development Program in the GEICO claims department. Gracie served as a claims specialist and supervisor in the department and focused on providing excellent customer service, supporting and developing claims associates, and supporting initiatives to improve the department.
