Director of Talent Acquisition – West Region

Prior to joining Top Talent, John Lenig spent time recruiting in Logistics on the corporate side for a freight brokerage.  In 2023, John wanted to have a larger base of clients from which he could place candidates and that’s when he found Top Talent. Here, John is a Director of Talent Acquisition for the West region where he focuses on recruiting the best and the brightest in Logistics within the Mountain West, Pacific Northwest, and Southwestern United States.

John grew up in Knox, Indiana (N.W. Indiana) and currently lives in Indianapolis, Indiana. He enjoys going out with friends on the weekends, bowling, trying new hole-in-the-wall restaurants, and spending time with his family.
