Michael Monson: Founder and CEO of Top Talent
In 2009, there wasn’t a single recruiting firm whose sole focus was Logistics like there is today. Michael was about to change the Logistics industry forever by forming the first Logistics-specific recruiting firm: Top Talent LLC. Not Healthcare, IT, or Banking…only Logistics.
In the years that followed, Top Talent would work with both up-and-coming freight brokerages just north of $10 Million all the way up to brokerages making $1 Billion in Revenue. If a company was at the “top”, his company, Top Talent, was going to get them the best talent in Logistics.
To date, the candidates that Top Talent has placed have amounted to $3 Billion in value for clients. As a result, Top Talent is now a multi-million dollar Logistics recruiting firm and a top-ranked recruiting firm within Sanford Rose Associates (170+ other Recruiting firms).
All of this would not be possible if it were not for Michael’s leadership and unparalleled industry expertise that he has on staff.
On a day-to-day basis, Michael works with Vice President Steve Monson and Senior Vice President Brent Burleson as they make decisions that impact the long-term direction of Top Talent.
