Digital Marketing Manager

Ryan Monson Before Top Talent

Ryan Monson started his journey into Logistics in high school by doing tracking and tracing for a local agent of Echo Global Logistics. After graduating from Taylor University, Ryan joined Treasure Coast Financial as a Digital Marketing Strategist. In this role, he edited videos, created and managed three websites, produced all of the marketing content from scratch, and grew the company’s social media platforms by 100%.

By 2017, Ryan founded “Vintage Indy”, an online e-commerce venture where he re-sold clothing and accessories. Even though he experienced rapid growth of his side business, he continued to work remotely for Treasure Coast Financial in Indiana. 

A year later, Top Talent, owned by Ryan Monson’s father, Michael Monson, was in need of someone to spearhead the marketing department. With prior Logistics and Marketing experience, Ryan was a no-brainer to bring on as a Marketing Specialist.

Ryan – The Digital Marketing Manager

Since 2018, Ryan was promoted to Digital Marketing Manager and now spends his time handling both the strategic direction and implementation of all marketing efforts. From outbound email campaigns to all of our social media graphics, to managing our WordPress, enhancing our SEO, and even maintaining our database quality. If it’s marketing or data-related, Ryan Monson is our guy!

Ryan Outside of Work

After work hours, Ryan continues to pursue his ventures with Vintage Indy. He also enjoys photography, board games, documentaries, traveling, playing sports, and spending time with his long-time girlfriend.
