Zach Torrance’s Journey to Recruiting

As soon as Zach Torrance graduated from Indiana University, he went right into B2B and B2C Sales in the home improvement industry. While he was there, he honed his sales ability and put his degree in Psychology to good use.

Zach Torrance Joins Top Talent

Looking for his next challenge, Zach decided to join Top Talent as a Recruiter who specializes in Logistics and Supply Chain. Today, Zach is a Director of Talent Acquisition for “Team West.” Zach and his team members focus on recruiting the best and the brightest in Logistics within the Mountain West, Pacific Northwest, and Southwestern United States and Canada. What makes Zach particularly successful is his commitment to being genuine and authentic with each candidate as he walks them from an introductory call to when they are finally placed at their new professional home. He gets to put his degree to use while having an immense impact on those within Logistics and Supply Chain, which fills him with joy.

Zach Torrance grew up in Noblesville, Indiana, and currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports as well as spending time hunting.
