When we work with executives to try and place them with a logistics firm, we may obtain nonpublic, personal information about these executives:
- verbally or in documents and other materials that are provided to us; and
- from others, such as personal and industry references
It is our policy not to disclose any nonpublic, personal information about our candidates or former candidates to anyone outside the firm, except with the candidate’s consent, as required for the placement services our clients request, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Inside Top Talent, we restrict access to our candidate’s nonpublic, personal information to members of our firm who have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of our candidate’s information. All of our associates are subject to our privacy policy.
