Duties: Duties: Successfully lead a team of 10 Carrier Representatives, ensure loads are covered profitably, maintain a healthy carrier network, and oversee audit reviews with compliance.
Ideal Profile: 5+ years of Logistics experience, 2+ years of management experience, familiarity with Carrier Sales, proactive in problem solving, and strong leadership skills
Duties: Recruit and manage a sales team, hire/fire/train Sales Executives, Monitor and measure KPIs, Meet/exceed budgetary goals, and Form a positive in-office culture in Dallas.
Ideal Profile: Expertise in Logistics
Sales and Operations, 3+ years of management experience in Logistics, exposure to TL, Flatbed, and Drayage freight, and Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Duties: Serve as a “player/coach” to start, build relationships with shippers, make cold calls as needed, Maintain a book of business, build and develop a sales team, hire/fire/train a sales team, and conduct performance reviews
Ideal Profile: Expertise in Sales within Freight Brokerage, Proven track record of building a sales team, Exposure to TL and Dry Van, Familiar with TMS systems, Knowledge of brokerage operations is preferred
