HOT JOBS
  • Duties: Develop and manage a customer base, dive deeper with current customers, prospect for new customers, present and negotiate rates, remotely report to the Sales Manager
  • Ideal Profile: Expertise in selling, negotiating, closing, and managing customers, 1+ years of sales experience in Logistics, working knowledge of Truckload and Refrigerated freight, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, able to work well remotely
  • Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
  • Location: Remote within the United States
  • Duties: Manage & lead 250 employees, oversee and maintain a dedicated fleet of 200+ Dry Van trucks, develop strategies, set objectives, and devise budgets, travel 25-30% of the time as needed
  • Ideal Profile: Expertise in Dedicated Contract Operations, 3+ years of management experience, 6+ years of freight brokerage experience, exposure to Flatbed, Dry Van, Over-Dimensional, and most modes of transport, previous experience in leadership with a 250+ truck operation, able to travel 25-30% of the time
  • Salary: $125,000 – $150,000
  • Location: Milwaukee, WI
  • Duties: Contact carriers and negotiate rates, ensure loads are picked up and delivered on time, build relationships with carriers and develop a carrier base, communicate with customers throughout the load’s transit, enter load details into TMS
  • Ideal Profile: Expertise in Sales, 1+ years of experience working in a sales + commission role, College degree is preferred, able to thrive in a team environment, able to work on-site in Chicago
  • Salary: $50,000 – $70,000
  • Location: Chicago, IL
